WARRANTY
Saw Buddy Limited One-Year Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty. Subject to the schedules set forth below,
the Saw Buddy carries a limited one year parts and labor
warranty, that is, Saw Buddy Inc. warrants to the original
purchaser of each new Saw Buddy product that the product
will be free from defective materials and workmanship.
Purchaser's remedy for any such defect shall be repair or
replacement provided that the unit is delivered to Saw Buddy
Inc. or our authorized service center in the same condition as
originally provided for our examination, with all transportation
charges prepaid, within one year from the date which it was
purchased by its original purchaser.

This warranty does not extend to any products which have
been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, fire, flood,
physical damage, lightning damage, incorrect wiring not of our
doing, improper installation or testing, unauthorized
modification, use in violation of instructions furnished by us or
repair by an unauthorized third party.

This warranty will be void if the products, serial number or
other identification marks have been defaced, damaged or
removed.

This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship
in this product, but DOES NOT COVER the following:

1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
a. Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation
or operation, or failure          to follow instructions contained in
your Owner's Manual.         
b. Any damage in shipment of the product.
(Claims must be presented to the carrier.)
c. Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Saw
Buddy Inc. or an authorized
Saw Buddy Repair Center.
2. Normal wear, battery and filter replacement and any
periodic maintenance.
3. Any unit which has not been purchased from Saw Buddy Inc.
5. Cables, Switches, and other Hardware outside the Saw
Buddy Enclosure.
6. Any equipment (other than the Saw Buddy unit) purchased
from Saw Buddy Inc. is covered by original manufacturer
warranty only, and is not covered by Saw Buddy Inc.

What we will pay for and what you must pay for:

Saw Buddy Inc. will repair or replace units covered by this
warranty, without charge to the original purchaser for labor or
materials. Some repair parts may be used or rebuilt
replacements,  that meet or exceed Saw Buddy Inc.
specifications for new parts, in exchange for defective parts.
THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION CHARGES AND FOR ANY
SHIPPING CHARGES, if the product must be shipped for
warranty service.

How you can get Warranty Service
1. This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser.
2. If your Saw Buddy Inc. product(s) require service, contact
Saw Buddy Inc. who will advise you of the procedures to be
followed.
3. Product(s) shipped for service should be packed securely
and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the
problem(s) requiring service.
4. Warranty registration is not required for warranty coverage.


EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED, THE PRODUCTS
ARE PROVIDED AS IS.  WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OF
TECHNOLOGICAL VALUE AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE, INABILITY TO
USE, OR FAILURE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR FOR
DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. Saw Buddy Inc.
LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED
TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.   IF
Saw Buddy Inc. ELECTS TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT; THE
REPLACEMENT MAY BE A RECONDITIONED UNIT.   Saw
Buddy Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BASED
UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO ANY
OTHER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS AT THE SITE OF
USE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.   SOME STATES DO
NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS.  YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS  WHICH
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.


Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

Product returned to Saw Buddy Inc. must be pre-authorized
by Saw Buddy Inc. with an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number marked on the outside of the package
and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for safe shipment.
Include reason for return in writing.

If Saw Buddy Inc. determines that the product is not covered
by the warranty, then the cost of repair at Saw Buddy Inc. will
be charged at the current rate and original purchaser will pay
all transportation costs.

No Fault Found
No fault found covers any product tested that is found not to
be faulty and will be subject to a handling charge.

Upgrades
In an effort to improve the quality of our products, repairs may
have upgrades applied that improve the reliability of the
product. All other upgrades such as enhanced features will be
chargeable at the applicable rate with original Purchasers
consent.


Repairs after Warranty
Repairs are available after warranty at Saw Buddy Inc.
Service Department.


Extended Warranty is available on a per year basis. (Ask your
Saw Buddy Representative:
